Here's the marriage.
Banns were published on the 5th, 12th & 19th of October 1755.
Hardwick Ruffell of the parish Farmer Great Baddow and Elizabeth Burton of the same parish were married by banns fifth day of November 1755 by me George Trehener, Vicar.
Both signed their names.
In the presence of Timothy Lewis and Sarah Mills.
I had a problem with the surname Lewis, firstly the signature was written in quite small letters, the L could have been an S, plus the e and the first down stoke of the w had dots over them and the i had no dot, sorry.
Regards.

First the bad news, I couldn't see any sign of Elizabeth Burton 1718 to 1737, I'm pretty sure I haven't missed her although some parts were not too good to read and in some parts I could have done with a greater magnification than I have. As a precaution I searched for her both by surname and by the name Elizabeth.
Now the good news, here are the baptisms for the children of Hardwick and Elizabeth Ruffell from Gt Baddow fiche D/P 65/1/1, fiche 1 of 2. I searched from the start of 1754 (just in case!) and finished at the end of May 1777.
Elizabeth Ruffles 10 Oct 1756.
William Ruffles 19 Mar 1759.
John Ruffles 8 Jun 1761.
James Ruffle 13 Jan 1763.
Sarah Ruffles 20 Oct 1766.
Catherine Ruffels 19 Jun 1768.
Surname spellings as written in the PR.
Regards.
