Hi Jennifer,
do you have an approx. birth date for William & Sarah?
-
on the 1851 census they stated that they lived in parson drove cambridge
and would like to know of William's parnet name.
William was born about 1839 and so was Sarah
the family came out to Australia in 1853 with another brother and his family
hoped that help

I can't find Wm. marrying Sarah Coral, except submitted records on the IGI, which may be unreliable but how about this:-
Dec Q, 1837, Holbeach,v14,p631,
William Speck married Sarah Curl.
These are the couple that went on to live at Parson Drove, Camb's. in 1851 but there is no William b<1839> with them?
see: HO107/1766/133/1
Wm. 32 Lab.
Sarah 35.
John 12.
Hannah 8
Mary Ann 5

ok then assuming it is Sarah Curl what about checking of John Speck who married Sophia Bowgen, on the shipping list there was a William Speck with Sarah and his family should be able to get a parnet name then of John

He lived at Pt Gawler, Kersbrook, Lower Light, Chain of Ponds. His religion was Roman Catholic.

see: HO107/1766/133/1
Wm. 32 Lab. born Spalding, Linc's.
Sarah 35. born Tilney, Norfolk.
John 12 this is him.
Hannah 8
Mary Ann 5
John's father was William and his mother was Sarah (nee) Curl.
The John Speck who married Sophia Bougeing,
Jun Q, 1841, Holbeach,14,691
was probably William's brother as he was also born in Spalding.

1851 census for John and Sophia:
HO107/1766/122/18
Living at Parson Drove, Leverington, Camb's.
John Speck 32 Brickmaker b. Spalding, Linc's.
Sophia 34 b. Torrington,Norfolk.
James 9.
Thomas 8.
Samuel 8 months.
Hope this helps.
I'm off to bed now, good luck :)

If the Specks were Catholic then you wouldn't expect to find their baptisms on the IGI
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp
since Catholic churches rarely deposited their records in county record offices.
Either William's or John's marriage certificate will give you information on their father's name and occupation. If knowing that, he is still alive on the 1841 census it might be possible to find him.
geniecolgan has given you the references for both marriages (you do not need any further information than that). You can purchase either certificate from the General Registry Office.
