Does anyone know if the bmd of the Kipping Independent Chapel for the 1800's is online?

I haven't been able to find anything yet, NTK, but in the process of searching, I came across this interesting article...

[/b]I am secretary of Thornton Antiquarian Society: we have quite a lot of burial records from Kipping in our archives; we also have transcripts of the gravestones in the cemeteries that belonged to Kipping

Hi Quizlady,
A very warm welcome to Rootschat. I wonder if you can help me. I also have ancestors who were baptised at Kipping Independent Chapel, so could well be listed in the burial records. Can you tell me how I might be able to access the transcripts held by the Thornton Antiquarian Society in order to check whether their deaths or burials are recorded?
Can I also ask whether Thornton Antiquarian Society holds any records relating to the Old Bell Chapel, Thornton?
Best Wishes
CJL

Quizlady, I am also very interested in some information from the registers of Kipping Independent Chapel. One of my ATKINSON ancestors siblings seems to have been christened there in 1813, so with any luck, he might also have been christened there. They lived at Denholme. I am also looking for some burials.
Hope you reply, Katharine.
