Title: Arthur Howard - Holywell area

long shot but  Im trying to find records
of an Arthur Howard from Manchester who would have been in the Holywell area in the early 1930's, possibly middle name of Thomas , unfortunately I don't have an age for him.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Was he actually living in the area at the time?  You could try the telephone directories ~ it's the best I can think of!!!
