I have Jane Keith born 1835 Glasgow who wed Andrew Brown in 1863 in Australia, mother to Samuel, Jane, William and Jessie
I have Jane keith child of Peter keith and Ann Newbigging christened 2nd Nov 1836.
Trying to prove they are the same person.

Are her parents mentioned on her marriage or death certificates?
-
I would say that it's not the same person if she was definite about a Glasgow birth. Newbigging is in Angus on the North East coast and I can't see it being confused with Glasgow. Or have I missread this and her mother's surname is Newbigging :-\
Not all birth/baptisms are recorded so she might well not be included in any online records.
As sancti has said, a marriage or death cert would probably be the best route to follow.

I see that her name was Jane Cunningham Keith and mother was Ann Newbigging ( :-[ )
Do any of her children carry the Cunningham name?

No none of her children carry the Cunningham name, and it does not show up on her marriage cert or that of her daughter birth. I have looked at family search and scotland people, there are not many that fit the profile. I have ordered what I think maybe her death cert hopping it will give me more data like when she migrated to Australia.

This is the Jane Keith that you have in 1841:
1841
North Vennel, Lanark ED 6a Page 7
John Cunningham, 67, teacher of dancing
Jane, 45, ? winder
Ann Newbigging, 20, ? winder
Jean Keith, 5
all b. Lanarkshire
Jean/Jane used as alternatives in Scotland.

yes her daughter is also refered to as Jane or Jean. So where does Keith fit into this census item?
-
Many Scottish women used their maiden surnames throughout their lives. It could be that Peter Keith was away or had died. Alternatively, they might not have married.
Have you got access to the censuses. It might be worth checking on the 1851 for this family and also for Peter on the 1841.
Do you have any idea when she went to Australia, apart from before 1863?

yes I have access to all the census. At this stage I have no idea when she came to Australia, I am hoping her death cert will tell me.

The family are still there in the 1851 - North Vennel, Lanark. Head of Household is Jane Newbigging, aged 65. Ann (her daughter) is now Keith, aged 34, a dressmaker with 3 children, including Jane.
