The will of Charles Gandey is on ancestry. He leaves everything to his wife Sarah.
#68 Upper Bedford Street and 18 and 19 Laurel Row.

The will of Sarah Gandey probate 1 October 1850 is also on ancestry.
Sons Charles and William have already received their inheritance.
Daughters Catherine Mary and Frances Sarah
Sons Thomas and George.
Grand daughter Elizabeth Mary Gandey
A codicil states son George to get all the saddles, bridles, cart and donkeys and all the stable utilities for his own use.

There is one more child
Eliza Gandy bap 2 June 1822 - buried 4 November 1827 age 5 of Upper Bedford Street.

The first Eliza Christian 1816 must have died but I've not found a burial yet.

Eliza Christian - there is a burial for Elizabeth Gander, a three year old Feb 6, 1820 in Brighton. Could this be Eliza?  Address Laurel Place, same address as John Gandey 's death 1821.
