Could someone please help me with an 1861 Census lookup?
In the 1851 Bramley Yorkshire Census Jeremiah Yeadon, age 7 months, and Selina Yeadon, age 4, are listed as the children of Benjamin and Mary Ann Yeadon.
They do not appear in the 1861 Census with their family.
My question is: Where are they?
Some possibilities: 1. They both died.
2. Benjamin and Mary Ann are not their parents and the children are listed elsewhere on the 1861 Census.
3. The information I have from the 1861 Census is incorrect.
I would appreciate any help you can give me in tracing these children.
Thank-you

I am hoping that by answering this it will get it to the top of the board and someone who knows Yorkshire rather better than I do will answer it for you. It might be better to repost it with the place in the title as people tend to look for their own area of expertise.
There is a death for a Jeremiah in 1852 in Hunslet and another in 1883 in Wharfedale. Also marriages in Wharfedale in 1867 and 1880. A Selina marries in Bradford in 1886. They must be connected as it is not a common name.
Good luck
