The 1891 census for Rock House, Ystradyfodwg, seems to have ommited my WILLIAM GRIFFITH as Head of household, the following entry is that of David Griffiths his son, and ending with two in laws, name of Edmunds, who I now know to be Williams inlaws of his late wife's family.
Is this likely to be a fault of the enumerator in recording the household OR is he hiding from me. Please if you can help me find him.
Thankyou for reading this

Could you give 1891 census ref or birth year and place of birth for David Griffiths, so that we can try and help you.

Hi Parry71,
I am assuming that your William Griffiths was at Rock House in 1881
RG11 5303 F15 P26 born Carm, Pembrey 1837 with his wife Eleanor.
Have you been able to trace him in the 1901, ???
I can see someone, same place and year of birth as your William....... a visitor with his daughter Mary b1860/1 now Lewis. The daughter has the same details as Williams daughter in the 1881

Hi Bethan,
It get's confusing doesn't it. :-\
Probably it was might fault because I asked Parry71 for David details in the 1891...so it would lead me to William's details in the 1881.
Two heads are always better than one though ; ;)
