Title: Lost in France!

I am trying to find the birth details of Alice Harriett Howlett who was born in France of British parents.  She was born on 4th October 1904 and was baptised at the English Church in the County of Paris on 8th January 1905.  Her parents were William James Howlett and Sarah Ann Moore.  Could someone advise me on where to look.
