Title: BRYANT FAMILY
Post by: Cairns88 on Saturday 18 October 08 14:19 BST (UK)
Hello!!
I've hit a brick wall with my BRYANT family search because it seems to be such a popular name in Cornwall :(

I'm trying to find the parents of George BRYANT Born: 1801 St Ives, Cornwall.
                                                                                      Died: 1877 St Ives, Cornwall.
                                                                                      Married: Martha CARE 25/dec/1825

I have him on the 1841, 1851, 1861, 1871 censuses: where he always lives in St Ives.
Because he's 40 on the 1841 census I can't work out who his parents would be  :-\
Any ideas.....?

Thanks!!

Hello Lotty

Do you know if he had any brothers or sisters?  That can help you to identify the correct parents.

Do you know who the witnesses were at the marriage? They may provide some clues.
