i was wondering if there was anyone able to access records for chester as i amstuck on the above, he must of been born after the census i there anyone able to shed any information on him.

are you able to take this any further i no i can purchase the certtificate but i have brought so many and the purs strings are very tight i do not know if there is anyone with access to parish records or anythin or even him in your tree at all.
