Title: Camden Imfirmary (completed)
Post by: ann7 on Saturday 11 October 08 00:47 BST (UK)
hi

can anyone help, have a birth record dated 1937 at Camden infirmary  and can't find where this infirmary is/was? The person this record is for was adopted but has the original birth certificate and would love to be able to tell them where they were born. Any help would be appreciated

Contact the London Metropolitan Archives. If the records have been deposited they should hold them and if not, and they have survived, they should be able to tell you where they are.

Hi

My great, great, great grandfather died in the St Pancras Workhouse in January 1885. The death register says that he was in Ward 6. I have a whole bundle of sheets at home on the workhouse which I obtained after a visit there myself.
