Title: Samuel Bowell, Taston, Spelsbury - b. abt 1761

On the 1841 census is David Bowell (25 yrs), living with Amy bowell (20 yrs) and their daughter Mary Bowell (3yrs) and son Edmund Bowell (1 mth). Also on there is Samuel Bowell (80 yrs).

I'm trying to find out if Samuel Bowell is David's father, or grandfather.

I'm up in chester so unfortunately don't have the opportunity to find local records in oxfordshire.

I wonder if anyone can help me out??
