Searching for George Thomas Claxton born 9.12.1854 at 53 Broad St, Golden Sq, St James, Westminster. Father Thomas from Tuddenham Suffolk and mother Ann M
Mackay.  Can't find them in 1861 census.  Thomas and Ann marry in St Giles in Q1 1851.  Any help greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in expressing my thanks.  do you know what a Landed Prop(ietor) was?  I have his son's george Thomas birth cert and he was a corn chandler.  There is a suggestion that he came from 'money'?
Also any help with his son.  George married a Maud and had a daughter constance.  Can't find where they get to but George was a soicitor.  Any help greatly appreciated. Ann
