hi can anyone help
i'm looking for my mums birth.


i have looked on scotlands people and i have looked on ancestry dont know where else to look that has scotlands records

Hi Dawn

You won't find any Scottish BMDs on Ancestry, they only carry the Scottish Census indexes.  The only source is the GROS which in conjunction with SP lets you view images on line up to 1907 or search the extended indexes up to 2006.  Have you tried contacting the GROS for them to carry out a search for you?
