Hi Babyblue
I think this may be your lady marriage in 1854
Name: Porter, Temperance
Record Type: Marriages
Quarter: June
Year: 1854
District: St Giles
County: London Middlesex
Volume: 1b

Help me out here. You said you could not fnd Temperance or her family after 1871. Then Joe gave a marriage in 1854 and you then said you were looking "before that". We would all love to help but what exactly are you looking for? It is better you give the information you really have and then say what you are looking for, exactly. Are you OK with that? :)
