This one is my uncle taken in the late 1930s, though I think it looks older than that. It has been cut up and is very battered so any little help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jen

These are all really good! You could offer a service for quality like these! Im sure people would pay for what you all have done here!
-
they often do pay..and often get ripped off unfortunately.
makes this forum that much better tho'
-
another one for you
Jenny :D
Vasquez109 - last year we asked if anyone would like to make a donation to children in need or a favouritr charity for the work we do, as a way of appreciation ... other than that we're free, its our hobby ;D
ps I use photoshop, this is definitely the place to learn if you wish to try your hand at it ;)

These are all lovely. The child in question, my uncle, used to be a photographer. If I ever post photos of myself as a small child, chances are, they were taken by him. He is mystified by the way it has changed and has asked me for a copy of the one of his mum, which I used to have as my atavar and which was restored firstly by a friend in " real life" and then taken further on RC by Pels. I shall now be adding a print of this one and am sure he'll be delighted.
Thank you so much,
Jen

you're welcome Jen :D

Ive got Paint Shop Pro X, but i certainly dont know how to use all the twiddles and fiddles on it.
I mean what the heck are (and I quote)...
Chromatic Aberration Removal
Histograms
Arithmetic???
HSL colour re-alignment methods
At least I can turn a normal new photo into sepia tone or black and white! ;D

Background restored and squared up.

And one in colour.

These are all fantastic. How am I going to decide which one to give to my uncle?
He does look very sweet now, all clean and decent. Thank you, everyone.
