Welcome to RootsChat vat69!
Have you tried googling '1880 street map Southwick Sunderland'? Turns up a few links that might help you locate what you are looking for.

...or maybe typing in 'Old Maps Southwick Sunderland' may give you a better choice :).

Try http://www.durham.gov.uk/durhamcc/usp.nsf/pws/GIS+-+Online+Mapping
Click on 'Launch GIS now'.
When the map screen has loaded, click on 'search', select 'town' and enter Southwick.
A present-day map of Southwick will load. You can select old maps via the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page. Zoom in or out using the +/- buttons.

You can get the 1895 Old Ordnance Survey map of Monkwearmouth and Southwick from www.alangodfreymaps.co.uk
I have a copy if you let me know what you are looking for.

Hi Hezekiah
Welcome to Rootschat...
Sorry, I don't have any family connections to Clockwell Street, so unfortunately there isn't a link with Grandma Janet, who was a Stark before marriage.
