Can someone help me i would like to get the record of James larkman he was a seaman.He was born in lowestaff. I would like to no how to get the or a website .

So your request is related specifically to his professional activity, correct?

Not sure if this is any help but the 1901 census records him as a Mate ("only Mate certificate") on board the Dunmail. 

The Dunmail is described as a steam boat belonging to the port of Newcastle, tonnage 607, employed for Coasting, name of master E.F. Hammond. 15 crew on board on census night.
