Title: Slaithwaite/Huddersfield baptism look up please

Please can someone do a look up for the christening of John Hoyle.
he was born c1754 and lived at Scammonden/Deanhead.
The christening could have been at either Slaithwaite or huddersfield.

The only John Hoyle baptism appearing in the Huddersfield Parish Church 1750-59 is:

15.7.1753 s/o Amos   abode: Huddersfield

so could be yours.

The nearest I can get in the Slaithwaite baptisms:

7.2.1747/8 s/o Anthony  abode: Highfield
10.8.1759 s/o John  abode: New Close

Thanks for looking up for me.

I `guessed' the christening of John Hoyle from his marriage to Elizabeth Scholefield in 1775 by knocking 21 years off.

The marriage took place at Huddersfield so the `Amos one'  could well be mine.
