any information available on Philip Geen b ~ 1813 in Barnstaple, who married Mary b ~1810 in Crediton.  He was a ships smith

They moved to Cardiff and show on the 1861 census there, but had a son John born in Cardiff in 1838.

Is there any record of their marriage in Devon?, and their parents.

Dont know if you had a reply to this(its some time back) I have found a Philip Geen
Baptised 15 May 1814 at St Peter Barnstaple
Parents Philip and Ann
Fathers occupation Waggoner
Living in Boutport Street, Barnstaple

A Philip Geen married Mary Lake on 18 Sept1836 at Pilton, Barnstaple.
