Could anyone help me find John Johnson, wife Sarah and family. John was born in Finchingfield in 1826 and would have been living in Great Bardfield, Sampford or Finchingfield in 1861/71. I have them in 1881 census but do not have access to any earlier - trying to establish all their children.
Appreciate any help to get extract for 1861 and/or 1871 census.
Thanks
John

Hi,
You may be interested in a website about Finchingfield. www.btinternet.com/~roger.beckwith/index.htm
There is a genealogy page where you can post enquiries and a gentleman also does lookups in the parish registers.
Its Cornish Hall End! ;D
