Title: Photographers in Mercers Row Northampton

I have an old photograph taken by a photographers in Northampton.  Although the name of the company is hard to read, it looks like C. Katterns at 6 Mercers Row, Northampton.  I would love to be able to put a date on the photo, so does anyone know of this company and which years they were in business?  Thanks.

Thought I'd just nudge this back up to the top.
There are people who seem to have knowledge of where & when photographers were working, but they don't seem to be about at present.
I'm after the same sort of info.

Did a quick search and came up with these dates and these addresses "Katterns - Northampton  1864-1894"

EDIT:
J. Katterns, 14 Marefair, Northampton and late of No. 7 Gold Street

Someone with more resources may find more info.
