Hi All,
Searching IGI batch C018152 (Selattyn) shows six Drury's with a father Thomas.
If these are all the same Thomas then it seems he had 3 wives but the one I am interested in is Charles bap 4 Nov 1827 to Thomas and Margaret.
Who is Margaret? I cant find their marriage.
If it is the same Thomas then it looks like he had one son (James) to his first wife Eleanor Martin, then my Charles came along to his second wife Margaret, then he had several more to his third wife Elizabeth Williams. So we may be looking at a time frame of 1824-1827 but that is assuming thiese are all the same Thomas.
Thank you for your time.

That's excellent Pete, thanks. They should match up with my people. I'll check.
I believe one of Thomas' children was born in St Martins. Have you got the equivalent for St Martins?

hi paul caswell
i believe that the parents of charles drury, are thomas drury and elizabeth williams. Tribal pages has
some information on your drury relations, on the drury/wedgewood etc pages. Hope this helps, I
also have a connection with the drury line, elizabeth williams is my x3 g grandmothers sister.

Hi Dottie,
Thanks for that. I have had quite a lot of help from Catherine on her Drury/Wedgewood page. She has done some great work on that line.
Isn't it strange how we all connect up somehow, however distant.
And, of course, a big welcome to RootsChat. I hope you find what you are looking for.

hi paul
Yes it is strange. My family tree is not very old at the moment, only been researching for a few months, surprised at how much i've found already.
Thankyou for wishing me well in my quest for those elusive ancestors. ;)
good luck with yours
