Hello Everyone,
I need information on JAMES NUTTALL he was born in 1803
He lived in Halifax when he was 38 in the 1841 census.
I am trying to find his father.
James's family was
JAMES NUTTALL 38.
FANNY " " 38
SARAH " " 17
JOHN " " 15
MARY " " 12
HENRY " " 10
HANNAH " 5
ANNY " 1
I can't read The address it looks like "Castle Hall" Halifax.
This is all the information I have.
Any information would be appreciated

Looks like Fanny died in Rochdale in 1859 and James died in 1879 aged 74 in Oldham Lancashire.
There's a few James NUTTALL's on the IGI born around 1803 - there's one particularly interesting one on 24 Apr 1803 to parents Henry and Sarah - both names of James' children ;)

Yes, but on all the censuses James says that he was born in Manchester, Lancashire. On the 1841 he says he wasn't born in county (which would have been Yorkshire) so I doubt he was baptised at Sowerby.
