Title: John Leverstone Allen 1796

I am asking for any information on John Leverstone Allen born around 1795/96 somewhere in Scotland.  He died in Chatteris Cmbridgeshire 1849 aged 53. If anyone has any information of his birth place and his parents would you please let me know.

Hello Wendy
Only just seen your message thankyou.
John was born in Scotland around 1796, do not know where and would love to know who his parents were.
He married at Portsea in Hampshire 20 Jan 1824 Sarah Howels, children John 1825, William Leverstone 1826 and Sarah Ann Elizabeth 1836.
He served in the Royal Marines.
Johns second partner was Elizabeth Hounson nee Pitcher, children Thomas 1836, Agnes  1838, Edwin 1840,James 1842, Mary Ann 1844, Christopher 1846, Andrew 1847 and George 1850.
John died in Chatteris Cambridgeshire 30 November 1849.
