she was knocked off her bike and left in a coma with a permanent facial paralysis.
I had never seen a photo of her before her accident until today when I received this photocopy thanks to the kindness of my cousin. As you can imagine, I cried.
Can anything be done to improve the quality of the picture? If anyone could work a touch of photo magic, I will be totally over the moon.

Hi,
Tricky one. I've had a go, but not up to the standards of the RC experts, I'm afraid.
Maybe some of them will come along and do her more justice later.
Mike.

Hi crozier,
I do hope that your Mum has now recovered from her accident.
These restores are lovely! I do like this colour combination PaulaToo, and although I am not keen on textures this picture is certainly helped by the grain in it!
Lovely work from you all as always! I do hope that you will be pleased with them crozier.

Oh, you wonderful people! These are lovely, looks like she's about 15 when she first met Dad! You're making me cry again! She was a very brave lady, my dear Mam. She died in 1992, aged 80, after battling Parkinson's Disease for over thirty years. Broke both hips in later life but still kept going. Miss her terribly. I am so grateful for all your hard work. Thank you all.

One more in colour.

I really love all your prictures, they inspired me to try my own (non photographic) version. Thank you all!
-
And isn't that just something special. Well done. Beautiful.
-
Wow crozier!
Now how can a photo compete with that!

VERY nice indeed! Glad you like the scribbles, I've got some small talent with a pencil and a brush but I am absolute rubbish at your photo magic. Hugs and thanks to all, CXX

That's more than a small talent, believe me, and Genie, magic with the colouring...
