Looking for Bessie Burt born 1879 Wiltshire, parents are George and Caroline/Frances Burt both born about 1855 also Wiltshire.

Was she definitely born Wiltshire? Searching for her birth place on earlier census, this is the most likely match I see:

1881, ref from Tati, shows Bessie with parents George and Frances C Burt all born Hampshire and living at Alverstoke, Hants.

Are you able to verify the maiden name of Frances/Caroline Burt for me?  Is it Wright.

www.freebmd.org.uk shows only one marriage for a George Burt to a Frances Caroline:

Someone on ancestry has a very nice online tree for this family with several pics, stories and documents attached.
