Could someone please clean-up and colour this photo of Edwin please?  he survived the war, but died quite young of a war related condition I believe.
kind regards,
Jill

				 :o :o :o WOW!!!
Thanks to everyone for these amazing interpretations of Eddie's photo..
Jim - those leaves are a wonderful touch, as OT says very poignant, thanks so much!  ;D
Genechaser and Jim1, thanks for your lovely coloured versions, a lovely way to remember Eddie 90 years on.  ;D  ;D
Genie fan - that's an imaginitive interpretation of the photo, which really brings home the horrible reality of the life and times that these soldiers endured - I love it, thanks so much!  ;D
Eddie is my Grand Uncle, and this photo and his name and that he died young from something war related is pretty much all we know about him.  :'(  These WW1 soldiers deserve more than obscurity, so thanks to you all for giving Eddie a remembrance spruce up for the 90th anniversary of the end of the war! I really appreciate all your hard work.  :-*
kind regards,
Jll  :D
