Help wanted please. I am looking for a baptism record for 1914. We known the minister was Minister William Crawford and believe he was the minister for Inverkip, but believe the baptism took place in Glasgow as the birth was registered the same day in St Rollox, Glasgow. The baptism was in the name of Dora McIntosh Craig (who is now deceased), or may have just been Dora McIntosh on 25th Feb 1914. The date of birth was 11th February 1914. Is it normal to wait 2 weeks before registering the birth?
Anyone know where I can start looking?
Many thanks

Hi,
baptism could have been in Inverkip, but the parents were resident in St Rollox. I've seen quite a few examples of two registrations for the same birth in this era.
