I have just been looking up the marriage of my great uncle John (Jack) Richard de Frates, trying to find out the surname of his wife (Meg as she was known), I can only find that he married someone with the name of GROSERT in September 1917 in York but nothing else comes to light and I am not sure if this is correct or not.
Can anyone help please?
