Title: Help indentifying place name please

The attached image is an extract from the death certificate of Hugh Martin born in Ireland around 1782.
Can anyone help me to identify the place name in the right hand column.

I think it's Portavoe, close to  Donaghadee   - Co Down, I think.

Could it be Portroe, Co Tipperary.
