It's getting a bit too recent. (living persons)
start by looking for smith uttley in the marriage indexes and match it with Agnes ellen to get MMN.

Smith Uttley
Agnes Ellen Burns

Nora Uttley married John W I Guest in Aled, Dendighshire in the second quarter of 1941. Her mother Agnes was living for some time before this at 9 Fairmount, Old Colwyn, but I don't know when she left or died.

Going back a couple of generations, Smith Uttley's parents were Joseph Utlley and Mary Ann Hargreaves. Does anyone by any chance have a copy of the marriage certificate for Joseph and Mary Ann, married in Halifax in the first quarter of 1846? I am keen to know the first name of Joseph's father.
Thanks - Maggie
