I am wondering if anyone can tell me if there is an INDEX for outward and in bounds for the ESSEX area and my gr gr grandfather come to australia in 1852-1853.
His name is THOMAS PHILLIPS ( born 1819 in Yorkshire England ....His wife and children come out to him in 1860.
Hope someone can assist us with this
