Hi Deb,

I'm not sure if this topic will be closed/moved, as you seem to be dealing with a living person's details. However, you should try Find My Past (http://www.findmypast.com/) for passenger lists. I had a check and it seems your family (mother, father, three children) went to Australia in 1960, from London to Melbourne. The list gives ages so you should be able to get their birth certificates through ScotlandsPeople (http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/) (either online or ordering them through the index).

Hope this helps,
