Title: BT Digital Vault

I am trying to upload some files to BT Digital Vault. I previously added some successfully but when I have tried again I repeatedly hit the same problem - It says 'Upload interrupted: HTTP error. The server code not process the file Error 500'.
If I try to use the basic uplaod tool it tells me that the web page cannot be displayed. Am I doing something wrong?

500 is "Internal server error" - best contact BT and ask them what's wrong with their servers.

I was afraid that might be the reply. I have tried contacting BT in the past on other issues and I can't get any sense out of them. I once phoned them because I couldn't get a Broadband connection and they suggested I email the details to them! (http://www.smilieshq.com/smilies/mad0228.gif) (http://www.smilieshq.com)
