Hi Hooch

There is a well known family of Flannerys in Mallow who run a quarry, and they have been in the area for quite a few generations.  Going back in time, one of them trained as a chemist (early nineteenth century when it was not as apothecary) and is linked to the Flannerys of nearby Churchtown & Rathdrum.  Your immediate query would appear to be within the era of civil records and shouldn't be too hard to track down.  Have you applied for the usual civil certs yet?
