I wonder if there is any chance of finding anyone in Palm Beach Shores, Florida who may have known Arthur Octavius Edwards, founder of PBS, and Mayor 1952-54. B. Ripley, York, U.k 1876. 2nd. marriage to Helene Kossakowski in 1936. D. 1961 Villanova, Nr. Philadelphia.
