Hi I was looking for a Sussex marriage William Delves to Mary . around 1826, their 1st child was born 1827 in the Waldron area.

The nearest one seems to be William Delves (clerk otp) to Mary Susan Bedingfield (Lic) at Catsfield 16 May 1820.  Others are too early and far away.

Of this parish.  botp is both of this parish.  Lic is Licence.  That usually means one of them is under age.  You can often trace the licence and it may well give further information such as parents' names - who gave permission etc.
