Trying to find the following people

Richard Brooker b 1859 Westminster
Susannah Brooker b1867 Westminster

They are brother and sister, trying to establish which of the following two were their father

Richard Brooker b 1830 Pimlico or
Charles D Brooker b 1833 Pimlico
