Hello Manga
Civil registration did not start until July 1837 so there will be no certificate.
You can probably look at the marriage at you nearest LDS family history centre see www.familysearch.org for you nearest one.
I am afraid it will probably not help you very much as the Parish registers did not usually give much more detail

Hi Manga,
Did you find the certificate you were looking for in 2005 (if not I do have a copy)? I am looking for information on the same people. I have some of the history of the Shoesmith family in Victoria but I have not been able to trace back any English ancestry of Frederick SHOESMITH or Henrietta FLETCHER. Do you have any information on them?
In Victoria I am trying to find out what happened to a grandson of Frederick: his daughter Rosetta married Saul SAMUEL and had a tragic life. One of her children was Henry Saul SAMUEL who later changed his name to VERNER. We are trying to find where the surname VERNER came from.
Regards,
Margaret
