Can someone do a lookup  and see if they can find Hartley Feather born between 1880 and 1900 in West Yorks ...I think he was from Keighley way??
Any links to Wales and any indication when he died would be very helpful.

Would that be the same Hartley Feather that was Master of the Workhouse at Panteg in Pontypool S Wales ?
