Title: Stornoway Parish Registers - Mc/MacDonald - Lookup Please

I am looking for the birth of a John Mc or MacDonald in c1771 in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis. Parents should be Norman McDonald & Mary McVicker. Any other information on this family is also very welcome. Thanks.

you could try scotlands people website - you have to buy credits to use it though, all the best.

If believe Old Parish Records for Isle of Lewis start 1810 and no earlier records survive. Google genealogy Isle of Lewis and see a number of sites
