Please could someone let me know the maiden name of Mary Youdan and the marriage date and location.

When was their first child born which will help establish whether they married before or after 1837

Were Thomas & Mary both b Yorkshire

Thomas adopted his niece Harriette (not sure if this was official) but this was well after 1837. They did not have any other children so I understand.

Hi

I'm having difficulty finding a Thomas Youdan with that profile on either the 1841/1851 census

The best I've come up with so far is one b Kent

I have him on the 1861 - b Thoresthorpe 1818 widower

Harriet is shown as his daughter aged 18 b York

Just found him in 1851 indexed as Yordan although image is Youdan

66 West Bar Sheffield
Thomas 34 silversmith b Doncaster
Mary 33 b Rotherham
Emily 17 niece b York
Harriet 7 niece b York

HO107; Piece: 2339; Folio: 93; Page: 35

Can't find them in 1841 to see if they were married at that time
