Am desparate for any Moss deaths in Tassie for the above dates, male or female, big ask, sorry.
Have looked at all the Tassie sights & cemeteries (online), convict records etc, etc. Would love someone who has access to death records to help me out.
I am happy with a list to work thru to eliminate who may have been Edward Moss's father/mother.
If there is nothing then I can assume he was born overseas.
Big ask I know but I am determined to Knock down this HUGE brick wall & it has now become a real process of elimination.
Thankyou

Hi Boydi
The earliest recorded MOSS record in Tasmania is a Burial of George MOSS in Launceston 15th Jan 1828 aged 29. Ref: RGD34 Reg:1810/1828
The next is a Baptism for Solmon MOSS in Longford 1829 parents: Edward & Mary (you have ruled this couple out)
The Early records won't be much help I'm afraid, they don't have much information on them at all.
There is an index for Early settlers in Tas 1803 to 1825 on Microfiche. I'll see if these is any information on that.
