Hi Everyone,
I am looking for anyone doing research on the McGrory or Collins family in Carrickduff , Carnagh , Keady, Co. Armagh .
Here is what I have so far --
James McGrory b. circa 1849 fathers name Francis McGrory
mother - ?? possibly Catherine Hughes
James McGrory married a Bridget Collins on 17 Jul 1875 in Keady RC Chapel
children of James and Bridget --
*Francis b. 11 Jun 1876 in Keady --m . Catherine Keenan in 1909 Scotland
no death date but he died in Armagh , Ireland
* Catherine b. 16 Jan 1878 in Keady --m. Francis Flanigan in 1903 Keady
d. 9 Feb 1950 in Luton , England
* Charles b. 15 Sep 1879 in Keady - m. Mary Murphy in ? Keady
both Charles and Mary die early and leave to young children , no date
* Bridget b. 26 Mar 1882 in Keady - m. ??either a Corrigan or a Cassidy
no record of marriage or death yet, or children
* Peter b. 11 Jul 1883 in Keady -- m. ?? I think he died early in life , as some
of the family doesn't even remember him, no dates
* Michael b. 12 Oct 1884 - --d. 2 Nov 1918 in WWI , buried in Belguim .
* Mary Anne b. 30 Sep 1887 in Keady - m. ?? either Corrigan or Cassidy ??
That is all of the children I have , there could be more I don't know.
I also don't have exact Birth and Death dates for James and Bridget , or for any of their children .
If any of these names are familiar to anyone , please let me know . I am at a brick wall with all of these people.
Thank you,
Megan

Mary,
Thank you for finding those marriage out . Can I ask where you found them ?
I would like to find if any of them had any children to these marriages .
I only know that Charles McGrory had 3 children . And his wife died in childbirth with the last one , and that infant died less than a mth later .
