Title: Benjamin Whitehead Birstall Parish baptism
Post by: shirl100 on Saturday 08 March 08 12:25 GMT (UK)
I am stuck on this one, Benjamin Whitehead a corn miller died Bradford 1855 aged 93 yrs, so born about 1762. From the 1851 census it shows his birthplace as Tong, nothing for him on IGI, I was wondering whether he may have been baptised in Birstall parish rather than the chapelry of Tong. Any help would be really appreciated. His parents may have been Henry & Abigail.

Thanks alot

Shirl

Thanks for looking, he must be somewhere! Maybe he thought he was born in Tong, back to the drawing board.

Thanks again
