Hi,
Could someone have a look for
Sarah BAMBRIDGE at Stody.
She is a widow, age about 70, born in Norfolk.

the only sarah bambridge i can see in stody is born 1831
she is living with a james bambridge aged 75 occ bricklayer and mary bambridge age 45.
HO107/776/4/1/12.
the only other one that fits the age range is born 1776 in norfolk living in cawston.
HO107/761/15/28/20.
if you want me to post either or both of the full entries then i will.

The 2nd one in Cawston may be her, just going by her age.

Yes Bambridge was her married name so it won't be her, but thank you
anyway, as you never know, she may fit in somewhere.
Please excuse my ignorance (I'm a dumb Kiwi), but what are A.Ts Transcripts?

Archdeacon's Transcripts ....A copy of all the previous years' entries in the parish register which was passed to the Archdeacon. This copy runs annually from Easter to Easter.
on the Cawston 1841 Sarah is living with John Bambridge age 3 years
do you know who Sarah was married to, I may be able to find her marriage and her maiden name, there is a Sarah Gymer born 1770 and Sarah Driver 1780 born in Stody,

sarah bambridge age 65. occ. female servant.
john bambridge age 3.
benjamin rooks age 45. occ. farmer.
elizabeth rooks age 40.
living at ; eastgate, cawston,norfolk.
reg.dist. aylsham.
not sure if the last two entries benjamin and elizabeth are living there they are transcribed as living there but looking on the original image i am not sure that is correct.
