Have just come across your enquiry - This may support info you already have now:
James Fardell married Susannah Warrington 6 Sep 1756 at Edenham Lincolnshire (Mormon Index)
Sarah Fardell Christening 1758, Edenham, Lincolnshire, England (Mormon Index shows as child of James and Susan)
there is also a marriage record for Sarah Fardell to Thomas Barnes on 10 Jul 1783 in Edenham (could be the same Sarah stated christening record above)
My ancestors are the Fardells from around Bourne & Edenham etc
regards

Thank you Beady - that confirms what Geoff E posted for me a while ago.
Although I am still trying to see who this Eleanor (Cliff) was & if she belongs to my Barnes from Rippingale ?
quote from Geoff E - "Eleanor BARNES was buried at Rippingale 26 Aug 1829 aged 35 - possibly married 28 April 1818 Gedney"

I don't seem to have mentioned that it was Robert BARNES that she married ... as the Robert who married Sarah SANDALL was a widower, an earlier marriage is required.

Hi,
I'm currently researching the Barnes family (Rippingale). Thomas and Sarah (Fardell) are my Great x5 grandparents. I'm pleased that I have just found this post, albeit 12 years later ;D How far did you get back with them? I'm currently stuck at Thomas & Sarah.
Thanks,
Pez

Hi Fez,
The original poster hasnt been on here for 6 years but if the have the same email will be notified of your query on here.
Hopefully you will get a reply.
FreeREG has Rippingale records and there are 8 children to THOMAS/SARAH bapt there 1783-1803.
Burials also there;
THOMAS 11 Dec 1817 age 63 (1754)
SARAH 25 Jul 1840 age 81 (1759)
The 1783 Marriage has Thomas of Rippingale and Sarah of Edenham
A THOMAS Barnes was a witness, maybe the Father* of Thomas who married.
