Hi Dawn,
There is a Harriet Hampshire birth registered in Rochdale 1879 but the girl seems to die in the following quarter ...
The marriage index shows that your Harriet was Harriet Ann:
Dec 1904 Prestwich 8d 546
Harriet Ann Hampshire - Walter Lyall Lumsden
If you order the marriage cert it will tell her age and father's name.
For now, this birth seems likely to be her:
Harriet Ann Hampshire
Mar 1882 Prestwich 8d 435
Census shows this girl as born Failsworth, daughter of Robert and Ellen.
